We are a residential service agency licensed by the Office of Health Care Quality. We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services including skilled nursing, Physical/Occupational/Speech therapy and Medical Social Work services in patient's homes as an OUTPATIENT service
We are an outpatient provider, therefore you are not required to be homebound to receive services.
We provide services across the state of Maryland in the following areas: Anne Arundel, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Calvert, Carroll , Cecil, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George's counties
We accept Medicare (billed under part B) and private insurance plans.
